Just an update from my post yesterday that reported a no rain, no wind Saturday in my part of the world. Ironically, as Barry weakens by the hour and moves further and further away from us, the rain has finally showed up. It actually started about 8 pm last night and came down in buckets at least 4 separate times over the next 10 hours. Unfortunately this came about because an outer band far to the east of Barry developed and "trained" over east New Orleans and eventually to us on the Northshore.
So the forecast for us is some type of precipitation all day as Barry moves even further inland.
