Rest in Peace President George H W Bush; you were one of my favorites

A good man, a servant's heart, derailed from the Presidency because he broke a promise because in the big picture he thought it right for the vast majority of Americans.  He and his wife are the coolest, down to earth, wealthy people ever!!

I took the picture below with him in June or July of 1988, having served two terms as VP he was on his way to the Republican nomination and on to become the 41st President of the United States.  On his watch he crushed the Iraq invasion of Kuwait, he saw the end of communism, the taking down of the Berlin wall and he passed the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Life well lived Mr. President.  Enjoy your eternal reward.
