Good morning everyone as we are praying for safety from soon to be Hurricane Gordon. The area where I live is under a tropical storm warning as we expect overnight impacts from the storm. As of this morning they are predicting up to 4 inches of rain, squally weather, winds 25-35 mph with gusts over 50 mph. The window is short as this is a fast moving storm.
But we will be well north of all of this as we leave today for our Calvin celebration in North Carolina. As mentioned in my previous post we are first on our way to say farewell to Alan and then we take off.
So as you can imagine, no blogging today until possibly later tonight.
Meanwhile, be safe, pray for the Gulf coast area, and spare a pray for traveling mercies today.
