I love Baptisms

As a Permanent Deacon I love Baptisms!  Absolutely love this opportunity to welcome new Christians to the Church and help them begin a long life of Sacramental holiness!  This is a picture from today; my opportunity to baptize the 2nd child of the happy parents and the 4th grandbaby of my dear friends and next door neighbors.  This was held today at St. Jane de Chantal Church and my 2nd Baptism since returning to this beautiful parish.  The Baptismal Dalmatic I am wearing was a gift from the people of the parish I just left, Most Holy Trinity.
