This is too good not to share. It is written by a long time friend's daughter who had a major life change when her youngest was born with a very serious life threatening heart condition. Needless to say she and her family have been through much and her young daughter is doing well, thanks to a life saving heart transplant. She certainly needs daily attention but this young mom has kind of become a social media hero of mine, and I bet many, many others.
She has began this blog that focuses on her story, her families journey and her amazing faith life.
