Wendy and I left at 5:22 am from NC, that's 4:22 here folks, we traversed NC, SC, Georgia, clearing Atlanta before 11 am then crossing into Alabama where we gained an hour back. Stops for gas and a quick breakfast and then a nice lunch in Mobile and we were in the house by 5:30 pm!
The worst thing I did was listen to the Saints game; will have plenty to say about that later, if I don't fall asleep!
Miss my NC family already but it is good to be home!
