Monsignor Georg Gaenswein, the papal secretary to Pope Benedict XVI, has compared the church clerical sex abuse crisis to the tragedy of 9-11.
He is careful not to diminish the loss of the nearly 3,000 victims at the hands of those Islamist terrorists, hijackers and killers of that horrible day, still he views the scandal as a kind of 9-11. Read about it in his own words:
