The return of the Green for Sunday Mass

>>>>For the millions of Catholics who attend Mass this Sunday they will see the green vestments for the first time since before Lent begin on Ash Wednesday.  We have been back in ordinary time for a couple of weeks but we had special liturgies for Trinity Sunday and Corpus Christi Sunday.  Ordinary time is the longest season of the Church calendar, running from once the Christmas season ends until Lent then again after Pentecost until advent begins.  Consider this, being early June, we will be in Ordinary Time, hence the green, until late November.

Check out the links below for some great information about Ordinary Time, it really isn't so ordinary!
