Representative Steve Scalise from Metairie, our Congressman and House Majority Whip, a husband, father and devout Catholic, shot in Virginia practicing baseball.
Shot in the hip, the expectation is this is not life threatening but more details to follow.
Others shot too including policemen guarding the Congressman.
No politics; just pray. At any level, this is horrible.
