He is innocent but stands accused.
He is made to carry the very instrument of his death to the Skull.
He is beaten, mocked, reviled.
Stripped naked.
Nailed to a Cross.
He struggled to breath, his body racked with pain.
He gave up his spirit and he died.
His side was pierced with a lance from which flowed blood and water.
His lifeless body, bruised and broken, taken from thecross, laid in the arms of his mother.
He was laid in the tomb of Joseph of Arimathea.
All of this because He loves us!
