I am writing this about 2 hours before Wendy and I set out to return to Louisiana. Yes, we will make a day and a half out of it. We just completed almost 8 full days of family time where we met our #1 granddaughter, Katelyn, now all of 4 weeks old and spent tons of quality time with #1 grandson Calvin. He is at that right age for so much fun and we spent the week going to various Children's Museum's, swimming, lunch dates and just tons of fun.
So we again reach that end of the road where life must collide with reality and we return to what we do. For now, Wendy and I rejoice in our 3 to 4 week-long visits every year and our weekly sessions on Skype.
