If I love you only so much that you are happy and not offended in this life and my love does nothing to help you on your journey to everlasting happiness, eternal happines, it is not really love. And because I love you THAT much, you will call me hypocrite, narrow minded and much worse. And I will love you all the more. Yes Christian love should look and feel like love, but that love can never embrace the sin while it must embrace the sinner, of which I am one.
But love that does not love you eternally will always disappoint in the end.
That's how HE loves us. Thats how I love you. How well do you really love?
