Who is the Holy Ghost (ie Holy Spirit)? The Holy Ghost is God and the third Person of the Blessed Trinity.
From whom does the Holy Ghost proceed? The Holy Ghost proceeds from the Father and the Son.
But when the Advocate has come, whom I will send you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, he will bear witness concerning me. (John 15:26)
