Help for Lent: The Vices we should flee from and the Virtues we should practice

 The Vices we should flee from:

Ambition, Anger, Avarice, Atheism and Unbelief, Blasphemy, Calumny and Slander, Discord and Lawsuits, Effeminacy and Sensuality, Envy and Jealousy, Flattery, Gambling, Hardness of Heart, Hypocrisy, Idleness and Sloth, Ignorance, Immodest Attire, Impurity, Ingratitude, Intemperance, Lying and Trickery, The Prosperity of the Wicked, Rash Judgements, Scandal, Self-love, Theaters, Theft and Larceny, Vainglory, Our Bad Passions.
The Virtues we should practice:
Almsgiving, Keeping the Commandments, Conscience, The Conversion of Sinners, The Employment of Time, Faith, Friendship, Good Example, Good Works, Holiness and Perfection, Human Respect, Humility, Love of Our Neighbor, Love of Our Enemies, Meditation and Mental Prayer, Meekness, Modesty, Mortification, Obedience, Order and Regularity, Penance as a Virtue, Perseverance, Piety and Devotion, Poverty and Poor in Spirit, Predestination, Prudence, Purity and Chastity, Religion and the Religious State, Retreats, Riches, Excellence of the Soul, Peace of the Soul, Salvation, Temptations, Vocation to a State of Life.
