My simple reflection on a Tuesday morning in the wake of the historic summit last night

Something, anything positive happened on the world stage last night, if nothing else, a possibility for hope. Yet the typical morning news, the old line main networks and one far left liberal cable network are speaking of despair and dread, how it won't work, how America and more specifically President Trump got played, and on and on. Wow. Just wow. No longer even transparent in their hate for Trump and a refusal to be hopeful. Now I will say that the one far right conservative network may be overplaying levels of success but at least they report on hopeful. IF this is to work, if good will overcome evil, then be prepared for a marathon, not a sprint. Those of us who are people of faith have no business but to pray, pray, and pray some more and to be a people of hope. Notice I did not say trust, that has to come, but faith and hope. Jesus demands of us that we pray for enemies, bless them and do not persecute them. Turn off the pundits who have narrow selfish agendas and turn on to prayer!!!
